The Facilities Services Unit will update these projects quarterly to keep them as up to date as possible.
All projects are decided upon based on an assessment of critical school and facility needs. Age can be a factor, but is not the primary root of the repair or replacement of equipment. Repairs are prioritized on the condition of the asset at the time of assessment.
