What We Do


CCSD’s Contracts, Procurement and Compliance (CPC) Department manages the execution and review process of all construction related contractual documents. CPC works to ensure all contracts are in compliance with District policies and regulations, as well as state and federal requirements. CPC staff is responsible for drafting contract language, terms and conditions, contract amendments and performing a final review of all contractual documents prior to execution by the District.


All construction contracts and architectural design services agreements are always presented before the CCSD Board of School Trustees for review and final approval. CPC is also responsible for managing construction bidding and notifications, processing certified payroll submittals for general contractors, and screening the architecture and engineering firms that do business with CCSD.
