On October 1, 2018 the Clark County School District (CCSD) will adopt the following codes with an effective date of February 4, 2019.
- 2018 International Building Code
- 2018 Uniform Plumbing Code
- 2018 Uniform Mechanical Code
- 2017 National Electric Code
- 2018 International Energy Conservation Code
- 2018 International Fire Code
- 2009 ICC A117.1 Accessibility
- 2016 NFPA 13, 24 and 72
The amendments to the above listed codes can be found by visiting the Southern Nevada Building Officials website.
Please note the Nevada State Fire Marshal has not yet adopted the 2018 code cycle, and continues to abide by the 2012 editions of the above mentioned codes.
All designs originated after October 1, 2018 will require plans to be designed to the 2018 codes listed above with no consideration to the codes and amendments specified in the 2012 ICC/UBC series adoption.
