What We Do
Construction Management
The CCSD Construction Management (CM) Department is responsible for managing the planning, design, and construction phases of all CCSD’s projects in progress with funding from the 2015 Capital Improvement Program (CIP).
From inception to completion, the project management team works directly with top-of-the-line architects, engineers, and general contractors to design and build the most sustainable schools and administrative buildings for the District. The CM department also oversees the pre-qualification process for general contractors.
