Facilities and Bond Fund Financial Management
CCSD’s Facilities and Bond Fund Financial Management (BFFM) department provides oversight and financial guidance over the bond funding available for capital improvements and new construction of school sites. This includes analysis and projection of revenues, expenditures and full needs of the District’s capital improvements.
BFFM ensures that CCSD is in compliance with state and federal restrictions on the use of bond funds. The department provides support to all the units in the Facilities Division by developing, tracking, and monitoring the budgets for each department. BFFM staff also maintain a database of CCSD’s capital improvement projects that have completed or are currently under construction, including new schools, school additions, school replacements, phased replacements, and modernizations.
